Furnace Glass Sterling Silver Earrings in Rosy Pink

In stock

Rosy Pink Glass and Sterling Earrings.  Personally designed and created by me using one of my favorite forms of glass.

This very special glass is called furnace glass and is created using a very specific process.

Furnace glass beads, also known as glass cane beads, are made using traditional techniques. The beads are formed by fusing many small canes of glass into a larger rod. Once the desired colors and designs are achieved, the glass cane is then encased in clear glass and fired in a kiln or furnace and cut into the desired sizes.

I fell in love with this form of glass beads many years before I started making my own lampwork beads so I love collecting them and turning them into wearable art jewelry.

The Furnace glass measures approximately 1/2 inch across and dangle about an inch below the ear.

These will arrive in my signature gift box and wrapped with a colorful raffia bow.
