How will you receive the ashes?

Once your order is placed I will send you your collection kit which includes:

• A small container
• Tiny spoon
• Satin bag
• Instructions
• Prepaid return shipping label

How is the shipping handled?

• Collection package from me to you  – USPS Priority Mail
• Ash in return mailing – Using enclosed prepaid mailing label and the same box in which you received your collection kit
• Mailing of your Priceless Memorial Glass – USPS Priority Mail, signature required

How Long will it take to receive my custom art glass?

Everything is carefully made one at a time.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for most orders.
