When you place your order, a carefully prepared collection box will arrive containing everything you need to send us a very small amount of ash for your glass ashes belt buckle memorial. We care for your loved one’s ash as if it belonged to a member of our own family during the entire process. You will receive a carefully prepared collection kit within a few days of placing your order. If you find this step to be difficult (completely understandable and know that you aren’t alone in feeling that way), we advise that you make contact with the place where you received your the ash, usually the funeral home. They will be very understanding and quite willing to take care of this step for you. Let me know if you have any questions about this process or that of creating your memorial.
